Shipping Policy

At Desi Roop, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed

2. Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days (depending on location)

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

OR

Free shipping on orders above Rs. 999/- (if applicable)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via:  SMS / Email / WhatsApp

5. Delivery Issues

If delivery is delayed, please contact us

In case of incorrect address provided by customer, we are not responsible for failed delivery

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected orders/locations

Additional COD charges may apply

Orders may be confirmed via Massage/WhatsApp before dispatch

7. Undelivered Orders

If the order is returned due to non-availability or refusal:

Ø Re-shipping charges will be applicable

Ø No refund on shipping charges

8. Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

Ø Do not accept the parcel

Ø Contact us immediately
