1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are intact

Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)

Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer)

To initiate a return:

4. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected

Refund will be issued to:

i.      Original payment method OR

Credit note (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 7- 10 working days

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping cost will be:

                       i.        Borne by customer OR

                     ii.        Covered by us (only in case of damaged/wrong product)

6. Exchange Policy

Exchange is subject to product availability

You can request exchange for size or product (if applicable)

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
